1 out of 5 starsIts a digital print that needs to be printed out professionally, not on a home printer. Lines throughout the picture. What a waste of money, then I ask the artist if I could just buy her print and credit the $10. I was just pushed over to the service team that wasnt very helpful. I just recently bought a few things at Etsy, no longer will I be a customer.

Hi Leslie, sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience. The file you received can be printed on any good printer, as many satisfied customers have already done. You wrote to me that you are not good with computers and you lack ink in your printer, so I suggested that you use a print provider. Although it is not customary to give credit on downloadable products, I gave you a discount for the print, so that you have a positive experience at my shop. Unfortunately, all my efforts to help were in vain and you still decided to give a very unfair review of an excellent product. It saddens me that you are in such a hurry to respond that way, despite my quick and kind answer, instead of trying to find a good solution for the both of us, thereby also misleading future customers.

Refunds and Exchanges
All products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it.
If the shipment details were incorrect, I can't offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of capturing the right information. However, I can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issue with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to me.
DIGITAL FILES
Digital files-Due to the nature of the products- there are no refunds. If there is any problem, please contact me and I can work something out. I will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase!
All printable art is for PERSONAL USE only. You may print your purchased files as many times as you like for your own use, but please do not print or distribute the digital file for resell purposes.
